How do I restore my purchases?
In the app, go to Profile → Account → Restore Purchases. This checks Apple for any active subscription tied to your Apple ID and restores access. Make sure you’re signed in with the same Apple ID you purchased with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → ASCND Golf → Cancel.
How do I request a refund?
Apple handles all App Store refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find your ASCND purchase, and choose “Request a Refund.”
Why did my progress reset?
On the free version, each launch starts fresh by design — that’s the line between free and Premium. Premium keeps your progress, history, stats, and onboarding across launches.
Where does my data live / how do I delete it?
Your practice data lives locally on your device only — ASCND has no cloud sync. To remove it, use Profile → Account → Delete Account, which wipes ASCND’s on-device practice and account data and signs you out. See our Privacy Policy for details.
